With a 500 sqft bare basement canvas, we were able to provide our clients with a full secondary suite, complete with a spacious kitchen / living space, a large bedroom with a huge closet, and a full bathroom. We were also able to arrange for a separate furnace and their own washer and dryer. Perfect rental property for a single or young married couple to enjoy. The build is in full compliance with the town of Cochrane, and approved as a secondary suite.
