Dealing with the challenge of boat-access only was a challenging but fun obstacle to overcome while building this 4,000 sqft lake house! Built for spring/summer use, this custom build has the room for several families to enjoy, and is accented with a large deck, cedar soffits and cedar interior/exterior false beams to give it a rustic, timber-framed look. Check back in July 2024 for some updated interior photos!! Since this is a summer only lake house, we have stopped construction for the winter...
