With a 500 sqft bare basement canvas, we were able to provide our clients with a full secondary suite, complete with a spacious kitchen / living space, a large bedroom with a huge closet, and a full bathroom. We were also able to arrange for a separate furnace and their own washer and dryer. Perfect rental property for a single or young married couple to enjoy. The build is in full compliance with the town of Cochrane, and approved as a secondary suite.

1. DISCOVERY

At our initial meeting, we like to get to know you and try and catch your vision for your project. Inspiration pictures always help! We will discuss design, themes, layouts and materials. The more details we can collect at this point, the better we can take care of you. After we have all of the information that we need, we get to work.

2. PRESENTATION

When we have finished our post-discovery work, we will get together and present our designs, plans, specifications and quote for your review. Once all the details are confirmed. we pull the permits and get started!

3. THE BUILD

We don't play around – when it's go-time, we get it done. We have tight timelines, yet we schedule our trades seamlessly to optimize flow and minimize mistakes. Our team performs several inspections along the way, takes pre-board video for future use, and we stay connected to our clients during the entire process so that the finished product is exactly what was promised.

4. THE TURNOVER

Once we are satisfied with the quality on our end, we will do a final walk-through and presentation to the owner. You won't need a roll of tape to mark things on our walk-throughs! Our final turn-over is a celebration with our clients where we can celebrate a win together.
